The LED was invented in 1962 and was initially used to replace incandescent and other kinds of lamps in segmented displays and indicator lights. The technology is promising: It is longer lasting, brighter and more efficient. However, what really revolutionized become a viable light source in homes and offices is the invention of the blue LED which was invented only in 1994.

In our modern world, lights such as the LED are often taken for granted. They are ubiquitous today but not as they were decades ago. The immense research and perseverance required to produce the technology is immense.

Our spiritual life also needs light and guidance. God has sent His Son, Jesus Christ to be the light of our journey be it eternal or physical. Also, the Holy Spirit that dwells in us guides us on our lives as we move onto it everyday. The combination of the light and guidance in our lives is important, as it keeps us from getting astray.

In our journey in this planet, we truly need the help of God through his the light, His Son, Jesus Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is important that we abide, follow and praise the goodness that God has done for us, for He has not let us go alone and be led astray in our lives.
