Barasoain Weekly Reflection for 31 January – 6 February 2016
“”But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”
Have you experienced this? Connecting a device into your computer and expecting it to work after following instructions only to be surprised that it won’t or it broke the computer. Frustrating isn’t it? I have been through that experience many times, and that drove me nuts.
Life is full of surprises. What one may have done well may not always be the same case with others. There will always be surprises that will appear. We continually live in this world where change is constant, and it constantly changes.
God Himself is keen on giving surprises. In fact, His return, will be a surprise as no one know when it will happen neither Jesus Christ nor the angels. This surprise tells us to be always prepared, as no one will expect when the end times will come. As stated in the Bible, “for you do not know when the appointed time will come.”
Each day is full of surprises, but we can only feel one when it comes.
